What is an everything sauce?

An everything sauce is a sauce that compliments or enhances the flavor of many types of cooked or raw ingredients as part of or as the main meal. It’s a grilling sauce, a bbq sauce, dipping sauce, or whatever kind of sauce you like.

Is Dos Haches Chili Pepper Everything Sauce gluten free?

Yes, Dos Haches Chili Pepper sauce is gluten free. There is no added wheat or other fillers in any of the Woodinville Sauce Company sauces. 

What type of chili peppers are used in Dos Haches?

Dos Haches Chili Pepper Everything Sauce uses five different chilies. Each chili pepper plays a unique part to add a richness and depth of flavor to our sauce. The chili peppers are; Arbol, Puya, Serrano,
Cayenne, and brown Jalapeno.

Is Dos Haches a bbq sauce?

Dos Haches Chili Pepper Sauce is a Mexican BBQ sauce. It is a very good grilling sauce.  The lime juice makes it a wonderful marinate, and the
thickness coats and sears on grilled proteins with perfection.

 

 

Does Dos Haches contain dairy?

Dos Haches bbq sauce does not contain dairy.

Is BBQ sauce acidic?

There is a certain amount of acidity in all my products for two reasons.
One is for culinary taste/procedure, and two for preservation to make it a
shelf stable product.

Do you have to refrigerate barbecue sauce?

The short answer is no. The long answer is absolutely. The sauce itself has
enough acid to ward off any unwanted bacteria growth however cross
contamination can not be controlled and in a warm cozy temperature like
the counter it can become unsafe.

Is bbq sauce low carb?

Check the label of your favorite bottle or container of bbq sauce for the
nutritional content including carbohydrates. Our gluten free Dos Haches
Chili Pepper sauce contains 1 gram of total carbohydrates, which makes it
a very low carb sauce.

What is Blackberry Grill Sauce?

Our Blackberry Grill Sauce is a sweet and smokey sauce that can be used to spread over cheese on a charcuterie board, slathered on baby back ribs to caramelize on a grill, or drizzled over a roasted chicken spinach salad. It is a berry hickory everything sauce.

Does Blackberry Grill Sauce have gluten?

Our Blackberry grill sauce and Dos Haches Chili Pepper sauce are gluten free. Please read the label of any bottle and check the ingredients list for products containing gluten. Common label items containing gluten list wheat, barley, or rye.

How can I use Blackberry Grill Sauce?

There are many uses for this sauce. Great for finishing your perfectly grilled or smoked pork or beef ribs to dipping your favorite pulled pork sandwich recipe in. Please check our recipe page and social channels for ideas and inspiration.

What's the difference between a grill sauce and a bbq sauce?

Not much, however, I am a Chef by trade and as a purest and respectful culinary I chose not to label it as a BBQ sauce out of that respect to my Kansas City,
Carolina, and Texas BBQ sauce crafters. In addition this sauce is great with
anything off the grill not just with the BBQ technique.

Which foods go well with Blackberry Grill Sauce?

The Blackberry Grill Sauce goes well with Pork, Beef, Salmon, Chicken, Turkey, Halibut, Salad Greens, Cheese,
Crackers, Salami and other aged meats, Hot Dog, Burger, Bacon, the list goes
on……

Does Blackberry Grill Sauce use real blackberries?

Our Blackberry Grill Sauce uses 100% Pacific Northwest Blackberries. You can taste the flavor in every drop.

What is asian bbq sauce?

Asian’Q, Q stands for BBQ, is an apple ginger gochujang Korean fusion
sauce.

What makes a good sweet and spicy bbq sauce?

A great sweet and spicy barbecue sauce has the correct balance of sugar and heat elements. Asian’Q uses raw
sugar and honey for flavor and caramelization while grilling, and Korean
red chilies for the heat. Try it on grilled chicken, wings, and more. 

How spicy is Asian'Q sauce?

My Asain’Q bbq sauce is considered a mild to medium sauce depending on your taste
tolerance. On the Scoville Scale it registers between a Hungarian and a
Jalapeno. It’s mild.

Which food goes well with sweet and spicy sauce?

So many foods pair well with sweet and spicy sauce. Here are a few foods to try; rice bowl, noodle bowl, fried eggs,
shrimp, crab, salmon, tofu, beef, chicken, pork, sandwiches, vegetables
and more…

Can you use asian bbq sauce with wings?

Yes, in fact you can visit Woodinville’s own, Pizza Coop and Ale house, for
Asian’Q chicken wings today. Just simply bake or fry your favorite wing
recipe and then toss with the sauce while warm. So good!
