HOW TO USE dos haches

Chef Dave’s signature Dos Haches Chili Sauce brings together five roasted and smoked chili peppers, fresh vine-ripe plum tomatoes, and 100% all-natural lime juice for a smoky, mild fiesta of flavor. Use it as a Mexican BBQ sauce, grilling sauce, marinade, dipping sauce, or finishing sauce for everything from tacos and carnitas to eggs, steak, chicken, shrimp, potatoes, and vegetables.

Chef Dave’s Favorite Quick Recipes

Dos Haches Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs topped with creamy filling, crispy crumbs, chopped radish, herbs, and a dark sauce drizzle on a white platter.

Cook 6 eggs until hard-boiled. Peel and halve the eggs lengthwise, carefully removing the yolks. Mash the yolks and mix with ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 2 tablespoons Dos Haches, and salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Top with diced radish, jalapeño, queso fresco, fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, and a sprinkle of crushed tortilla chips.

The Perfect Bloody Mary w/Dos Haches

Bloody Mary garnished with celery stalk, lime wedge, olives, pickled vegetables, bacon strip, and shrimp over a salted glass.

For 8 servings: Mix 6 cups premium (100%) tomato juice with 1 cup Woodborne® Sprits Mushroom Vodka, ½ cup fresh lemon juice, 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsp Dos Haches, 1 tsp celery salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir well, chill, and serve over ice.

Chef Dave’s Topping Ideas: Go big with shrimp, crispy bacon, pickles, olives, fresh lime, and celery—or build your own Bloody Mary masterpiece!

Dos Haches Tatchos

Plate of loaded nachos with melted cheese, jalapeño slices, tomatoes, cilantro, and crumbled cheese on top of crisp chips/tortilla chips.

For 12 servings: Bake 2 bags of frozen tater tots until extra crispy. Spread on a large platter or sheet pan and top with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1½ cups cooked seasoned ground beef or chorizo, 1 cup black beans, and ½ cup diced jalapeños. Bake until the cheese is melted, then drizzle generously with ½ cup Dos Haches.

Finish with: diced tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.

Chef Dave’s Tip: Serve these loaded and hot—the crispy tots, melty cheese, and Dos Haches make these nachos disappear fast!
