From steakhouse floors to corporate boardrooms, bustling kitchens to Mumbai spice markets, my journey through the world of food has been anything but ordinary. With a foundation in restaurant operations and specialty food sales—plus formal training from the University of Colorado and Cincinnati State Tech—it only makes sense that I’ve landed where my heart’s always been: making bold, flavor-packed sauces.
Let me back up a bit. Picture a scrawny, energetic teen discovering the rush and rhythm of a legendary Colorado steakhouse. It was there that I fell hard for the fast-paced, high-stakes world of restaurants. But before I fully dove in, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management—because understanding the business of food is just as important as loving the craft.
I started on the sales and marketing side, representing specialty food products and getting a crash course in how flavors meet the market. While I loved being close to the industry, I craved more creativity, more fire—literally. With the support of my incredible partner, I enrolled in culinary school and quickly transitioned to the real-world classroom: the kitchen.
From there, things moved fast. I joined a respected restaurant group, quickly earning leadership responsibilities and managing the back kitchen within a year. Though I didn’t have the Chef title yet, I wore my kitchen lead scarf with pride—and hustle.
Then came a life-changing opportunity: living and cooking in Mumbai, India. Immersed in traditional Indian cooking techniques, spice tempering, and even molecular gastronomy, I gathered skills that became my culinary secret weapons. This international adventure shaped the chef I would become and fueled the next decade of my career.
I returned to the U.S. with a renewed drive, eventually leading teams as Executive Chef at major powerhouses like Nordstrom and Microsoft. Along the way, I opened restaurants, mentored young chefs, and built a culinary portfolio that reflects both depth and diversity. The chefs and cooks I’ve had the privilege of working alongside are nothing short of inspiring.
Which brings me to today…
I’ve always had a passion for sauces—their ability to transform a dish, to spark joy, to surprise the palate. After over a decade living in the Redmond, Kirkland, and Woodinville area, I’m thrilled to share my line of handcrafted sauces with this incredible community. Whether you’re grilling, roasting, dipping, or inventing something entirely new, my goal is to bring flavor, fun, and creativity into your kitchen.
