Blackberry Bacon Jam
Chop bacon into even small cubes. In sauté pan or pot render bacon until brown (be careful not burn). Drain bacon and spread out onto a paper towel. Let cool and crisp up. Add crispy bacon to a small sauce pot and cover bacon with blackberry Grill Sauce. Heat mixture and slightly reduce until it becomes thick enough to act like lava on your burger.
House-made Blackberry Hickory Ice Cream
Following your family recipe ice cream recipe add 1 tbsp per 1/2 qtr. or to taste. Fold in sweet corn bread cookies.
